DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

to be responsible for driving Volkswagen to become #1 brand in the Baltics and Audi #1 premium car brand in Latvia and Lithuania.

You will :

• Administrate, plan and implement content and functionality updates for the brand websites in close partnership with Volkswagen and Audi factories, internal departments and external partners

• Detect, report and analyse website performance issues together with internal and external partners

• Initiate and execute digital customer journey improvements on regular basis

• Ensure all content and communication alignment with brand CI and professional execution

• Contribute to the development and implement digital marketing campaigns

• Track the results and deliver reports and analytics

• Suggest and implement new digital marketing activities

• Oversee and adjust social media strategy for Baltic markets

• Coordinate and review communication on social media platforms

• Support timely customer service on digital brand channels

• Initiate and coordinate content creator projects

• Develop new and maintain existing digital, sales, PR and Aftersales projects in cooperation with other departments

We are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising or marketing

• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand, report and act on data

• General understanding of how websites are built and function

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools e.g. Adobe Analytics, SEO, SEM etc.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and interfaces

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Latvian

• Degree in marketing, communication, IT or business administration

• Strong desire to grow and contribute towards success

• Passion for automotive industry
