Moller Auto – where we meet our customers
Moller Auto is the retail side of Moller Mobility Group in the Baltics.
This is where our customers meet us - in 11 dealerships across Baltics, workshops, and service centers.
Our retail teams work with Volkswagen and Audi in Latvia and Lithuania and with Volkswagen and Skoda in Estonia, helping customers choose, use, and maintain their vehicles throughout the entire ownership journey. From sales and service to administration and support roles, Moller Auto is all about people, daily interaction, and delivering a great customer experience.

Moller Baltic Import – shaping the bigger picture
Moller Baltic Import represents the wholesale side of Moller Mobility Group in the Baltics.
This is where we work on a regional level, connecting global manufacturers with our retail network across Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.
Our teams focus on areas such as product management, pricing, logistics, marketing, analytics. While these roles are not always customer‑facing, they have a direct impact on how our brands perform in the market and how our dealerships succeed every day.

Body & Paint teams focus on restoring vehicles with care, precision, and pride in craftsmanship.

This includes teams working in People & Culture, Finance, Marketing, and other internal support areas that help our Baltic organization run smoothly every day.
Baltic Operations supports both retail and importer businesses, working across Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. The work involves coordination across different legal environments, ensuring compliance, maintaining quality standards, and enabling clear communication and efficient processes.
This area is well suited for professionals who enjoy structure, collaboration, and contributing to stable and well‑organised operations across multiple countries.

Moller Baltic Import represents Volkswagen across the Baltic region and Audi in Latvia and Lithuania at importer level.
The team works at the intersection of global manufacturers and local markets, shaping how these brands are positioned and developed across the region. The work covers areas such as brand and market strategy, wholesale operations, vehicle supply and logistics, pricing, marketing coordination, dealer network development, and manufacturer relations.
By working closely with factories, retail partners, and regional teams, Moller Baltic Import ensures strong business performance and consistent brand standards across the Baltics. This department is well suited for professionals who enjoy strategic thinking, cross‑market collaboration, and turning complex coordination into clear results.
