Moller Auto – where we meet our customers

Moller Auto is the retail side of Moller Mobility Group in the Baltics.
This is where our customers meet us - in 11 dealerships across Baltics, workshops, and service centers.

Our retail teams work with Volkswagen and Audi in Latvia and Lithuania and with Volkswagen and Skoda in Estonia, helping customers choose, use, and maintain their vehicles throughout the entire ownership journey. From sales and service to administration and support roles, Moller Auto is all about people, daily interaction, and delivering a great customer experience.

Moller Baltic Import – shaping the bigger picture

Moller Baltic Import represents the wholesale side of Moller Mobility Group in the Baltics.
This is where we work on a regional level, connecting global manufacturers with our retail network across Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.

Our teams focus on areas such as product management, pricing, logistics, marketing, analytics. While these roles are not always customer‑facing, they have a direct impact on how our brands perform in the market and how our dealerships succeed every day.

  • Our Sales teams work directly with customers, helping them find the right mobility solution - from brand‑new vehicles to high‑quality used cars.

    This role is about people, trust, and long‑term relationships. Sales consultants work closely with service, finance, and importer teams to ensure a smooth and transparent customer journey.

    If you enjoy communication, learning products in depth, and working in a dynamic, target‑driven environment where results are visible, Sales offers both challenge and growth.

  • The Service department is the backbone of our customer experience. Here, technicians, mechanics, service advisors, and workshop specialists ensure that vehicles are safe, reliable, and ready for everyday use.

    Working in Service means combining technical expertise with teamwork and continuous learning. Our teams use modern diagnostic tools, digital processes, and regular training to stay at the forefront of the industry.

  • The Spare Parts & Accessories team plays a key role in keeping our customers mobile and satisfied long after the vehicle is sold.

    This department works closely with service teams and suppliers to ensure the right parts and accessories are available at the right time. The work combines logistics, sales, coordination, and product knowledge - supporting both workshop efficiency and customer experience.

    If you enjoy structured work, attention to detail, and being an essential link between service, suppliers, and customers, this area offers a stable and meaningful role within our retail operations.

  • Body & Paint teams focus on restoring vehicles with care, precision, and pride in craftsmanship.

    Working with modern tools and certified repair processes, our specialists bring vehicles back to manufacturer standards while ensuring safety and quality at every step. The work is hands‑on and detail‑driven, with visible results you can be proud of.

    Body & Paint teams collaborate closely with service advisors, insurers, and colleagues across the business to deliver a smooth and reliable repair experience. Across the region, these teams are known for strong engagement, teamwork, and consistently high quality.

  • Baltic Operations brings together our core office and support functions across the region.

    This includes teams working in People & Culture, Finance, Marketing, and other internal support areas that help our Baltic organization run smoothly every day.

    Baltic Operations supports both retail and importer businesses, working across Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. The work involves coordination across different legal environments, ensuring compliance, maintaining quality standards, and enabling clear communication and efficient processes.

    This area is well suited for professionals who enjoy structure, collaboration, and contributing to stable and well‑organised operations across multiple countries.

  • Moller Baltic Import represents Volkswagen across the Baltic region and Audi in Latvia and Lithuania at importer level.

    The team works at the intersection of global manufacturers and local markets, shaping how these brands are positioned and developed across the region. The work covers areas such as brand and market strategy, wholesale operations, vehicle supply and logistics, pricing, marketing coordination, dealer network development, and manufacturer relations.

    By working closely with factories, retail partners, and regional teams, Moller Baltic Import ensures strong business performance and consistent brand standards across the Baltics. This department is well suited for professionals who enjoy strategic thinking, cross‑market collaboration, and turning complex coordination into clear results.

  • Our internship give students and early - career talent hands‑on experience inside one of the region’s most modern mobility groups. Interns join real teams - service, sales, marketing, IT, logistics, or administration - and receive guidance, training and opportunities to continue as full‑time employees.
