• Spare Parts & Accessories

  Our Spare Parts and Accessories teams ensure that every workshop and customer receives the right components at the right time. They manage inventory, logistics, supplier relations and fulfilment for all Volkswagen Group brands across the Baltics. Their work enables fast repairs, efficient service and an excellent customer experience.

• Body & Paint

  Our Body & Paint teams restore vehicles to manufacturer standards using advanced tools, certified repair processes and high‑quality craftsmanship. They work closely with insurers, service teams and customer advisors to ensure safety, precision and an excellent repair experience. Body & Paint centers across the region consistently show strong employee engagement and quality results

• Baltic Operations

  Baltic Operations brings together our core office functions covers People & Culture, Finance, Marketing and other internal support areas that keep our Baltic organization running smoothly.

• Moller Baltic Import

  Møller Baltic Import is responsible for representing Volkswagen and Audi brands at importer level in the Baltic region. The team manages brand strategy, wholesale operations, vehicle supply and logistics, pricing, marketing coordination, dealer network development and manufacturer relations. By ensuring strong collaboration between factories and local markets, the importer secures competitive positioning, business performance and consistent brand standards across the Baltics.
