Area Sales and Fleet Manager for the Baltic market

You will be responsible for:

• Achieving Volkswagen Passenger Cars sales volumes and targets, analyzing sales performance and proposing development activities for the market

• Coordinating new product launches

• Performing regular dealer visits, setting and agreeing sales targets with dealers, monitoring performance and supporting them in achieving planned results

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic sales customers

• Co-participating in the development of Volkswagen Passenger Cars fleet strategy and programs

• Proactively visiting key corporate fleet customers and developing long-term relationships with major fleet clients, leasing companies and rental partners to grow brand presence and sales volumes

• Maintaining active communication with fleet customers and partners, identifying business opportunities and supporting dealers in planning and executing fleet customer visits and negotiations

• Ensuring that company core values and best practices are always represented

• Good understanding of the automotive business

• Excellent customer relationship and service capabilities

• Strong and proven sales skills

• Ability to build long-term partnerships with customers and business partners
