Moller Go is looking for a dynamic and driven professional to lead our regional operations and accelerate growth. Take full ownership of a fast-growing mobility project across the Baltics! As the Key Account Manager Baltics, you will be the central figure responsible for the success of Moller Go across Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. Your mission: boost sales, lead local teams, and drive operational excellence.

🤝 Your responsibilities will include:

• Building strong networks and attracting new business clients, driving ambitious sales growth
• Leading and supporting Moller Go team across Baltics
• Improving and implementing processes
• Following up on debtors and proposing actionable improvements
• Acting as the owner of the Moller Go project in the Baltics

⭐ What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in sales within full-service leasing, car sharing, or mobility services
• Proven leadership and sales management skills, combined with a strong sense of ownership and independence
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to go on business trips across Baltics
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian or Latvian
