Operating across the Baltics, we play a key role in shaping brand strategy, managing wholesale operations, planning product offerings and developing the dealer network - all to ensure strong market performance and consistent brand standards in the region.

We are looking for an experienced business controller with a “hands on” and positive „can do“ attitude to be responsible for business control, financial analysis, planning and advisory support to Moller Baltic Import.

• Provide high-quality financial analysis and reliable data to support management in operational decision-making

• Monitor KPIs and performance trends, ensuring timely identification and follow-up of deviations

• Actively contribute to the monthly closing process by preparing accurate financial estimates for the accounting, including accruals and other liabilities

• Prepare structured monthly, tertial, and annual management reports, including detailed variance analysis versus forecast and clear explanation of key drivers

• Support forecasting processes by delivering robust and well-documented input for P&L and working capital

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data, applying a strong finance mindset

• Maintain and enhance data quality and KPI frameworks to support reliable reporting

• Ensure adherence to internal policies, financial controls, and audit requirements, with a disciplined and detail-oriented approach

• Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to the implementation of improvements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

• Provide financial analysis and support in projects, ensuring sound financial grounding of initiatives

• Execute ad hoc analyses and tasks requiring financial expertise as requested by management
  

• At least three years of previous experience in auditing, business controlling or financial analysis in an international company

• Higher education and good knowledge in economics, finance and/or accounting

• Good IT system knowledge (experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, SAP will be considered as an advantage)

• Pro-activity, responsibility, desire to contribute and ability to self-organize work routine

• Positive personality with a "hands on” and" can do" attitude and great passion for cars

• Fluency in Latvian and English languages
