We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles team to play a key role in supporting our sales organization. This is a hands-on role for you, who enjoys working with numbers, analyzing sales, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and turning data into actions to improve business performance.
You will be at the center of the sales operation - from production scheduling to sales support, campaigns, stock management, customer deliveries and margin follow-up.

Your impact
Monitor sales targets, margins, orders and deliveries
Manage vehicle stock, factory orders and production planning
Coordinate sales support and campaigns
Analyse sales and identify opportunities
Collaborate with variety of stakeholders
Take action to maximise sales
We’re looking for someone who
Has a strong commercial and analytical mindset
Is organised, proactive and solution-oriented
Enjoys working with numbers, deadlines and multiple stakeholders
Communicates confidently in Latvian and English and follows things through
Experience in sales operations, planning, the automotive industry, or a similar commercial role is an advantage
