We are looking for a Car Logistics Coordinator to join our team and support day-to-day vehicle logistics operations. In this role, you will coordinate vehicle flows from import to delivery, manage logistics documentation, and collaborate closely with dealers, transport partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processes. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys structure, coordination, and keeping things moving.
What will you actually do?
Coordinate vehicle logistics from import to delivery, working closely with Volkswagen Logistics, transportation partners, dealers, and internal teams
Enter and update vehicle logistics data in IT systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Inform dealers about scheduled vehicle deliveries and follow up on delivery status
Collect delivery information from transportation companies, track timelines, and follow up on undelivered vehicles
Prepare original transport and logistics documents for the Accounting department at month-end
Prepare, register, and send COC certificates and service books to dealers
Be responsible for Audi used car logistics, including documentation handling and complaint management
Participate in car sales and logistics-related activities across the dealer network
Contribute to process improvements and take part in special projects alongside your core responsibilities
This job is for you if you:
Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in logistics or the automotive industry
Have secondary or higher education (automotive background is a strong advantage)
Speak English and Latvian (German is a plus)
Understand how automotive logistics supports sales operations
Are comfortable working with data, IT systems, and MS Office tools
Can multitask, analyse situations, and solve problems in a structured way
Communicate clearly and enjoy working with different stakeholders
Are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and improve processes
