Moller Auto Baltic has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and driven used car market expert to join our dynamic team in Latvia as a Used Car Sourcing Specialist.

In this key role, you’ll be at the forefront of our used car business with the main focus for an assertive local market used car buyout, as well as identifying other sourcing opportunities, building strong supplier networks, and helping shape the future of our used car portfolio for dealerships in Lithuania.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and purchasing used cars for the group in line with company policies
• Managing profitability of purchases and ensuring results align with company KPIs
• Collaborating with Sales Managers across dealerships to secure the ideal stock mix
• Overseeing the complete purchase process from start to finish (logistics, documentation, etc.)
• Distributing sourced cars between dealers as required
• Building and developing trade contacts to secure competitive purchasing opportunities
• Conducting daily market reviews to identify used car wholesale possibilities
• Monitoring online used car auction platforms and acting on opportunities
• Maintaining strong relationships with used car traders across the EU
