Moller Auto, part of Moller Mobility Group, has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing and PR Project Manager in Lithuania, who will support the ambition to make Moller Auto the most loved automotive brand, Volkswagen the #1 volume brand, and Audi the #1 premium brand in Lithuania, while acting as the company’s eyes and ears in the market - an insightful, well-connected expert who anticipates trends, identifies high-impact opportunities, and leads partnership and sponsorship projects that elevate the brands.

⭐ Main responsibilities:

• Demand Generation: Execute Moller Auto, Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and Audi marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with local dealerships objectives and overseeing marketing budget alignment.

• Brand Building: Strengthen local brands positioning while ensuring alignment with Baltic strategy and full compliance with brands identity and visual guidelines.

• Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize product launch and tactical marketing campaigns, timelines, approvals, and production of marketing materials.

• Partnerships & Sponsorships: Scope, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships, tracking performance and scaling successful collaborations.

• Event Planning & Execution: Plan and deliver local events from new model launches and test-drive days to customer events and dealership activations as well fleet events. Ensure every event reflects our brand's identity and delivers a high-quality customer experience.

• Press & Media: Build and maintain strong relationships with local automotive journalists and media partners. Coordinate press activities, including organizing new model test-drives and media events.

• Collaboration & Workflow Management: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive communication. Work effectively with external partners.

• Global and Baltic Content Localization: Execute the adaptation of brands marketing and PR materials, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

• Coordinating Offline Communication: Brochures, flyers, dealer POS materials.

• Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize future campaigns and activities based on data and results. Identifying relevant trends, customer needs and growth opportunities.
  

⭐ We expect that you have:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or business administration field.

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising or public relations.

• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.

• Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English, both written and verbal, to effectively craft marketing messages and communicate with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.

• Ability to analyse market trends and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand, report and act on data.

• Experience in crafting press releases, managing PR campaigns, and dealing with media inquiries.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing and communication solutions.

• Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Strong desire to grow, contribute towards success and passion for automotive industry.
