We’re now looking for a Business Controller with a sharp analytical mind and a positive “can-do” spirit to join our team. In this role, you’ll combine numbers with strategy, helping us drive smarter decisions and efficient operations across Moller Auto Lithuania.

What you’ll do:

• Be a trusted advisor for Moller Auto management, supporting efficient operations
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for projects
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to spot opportunities
• Revise and implement improvements in business processes
• Prepare and analyze management reports
• Deliver tailored insights and reports to support decision-making

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in auditing, business controlling, or financial analysis (international environment is a plus)
• Higher education in economics, finance, or accounting
• Strong system knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, SAP = advantage)
• A proactive, organized, and responsible professional who thrives in dynamic environments
• A positive mindset with a passion for cars
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English
