Moller Auto Baltic has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and driven used car market expert to join our dynamic team in Lithuania as a Used Car Sourcing Specialist.

In this key role, you’ll be at the forefront of our used car business with the main focus for an assertive local market used car buyout, as well as identifying other sourcing opportunities, building strong supplier networks, and helping shape the future of our used car portfolio for dealerships in Lithuania.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• actively and assertively seeking opportunities to purchase used cars from the local market
• buying used cars for Moller Auto dealerships in Lithuania in-line with the company policy
• managing and measuring profit margin of purchases to ensure they are within the company’s KPI’s
• working with the Sales Managers at each dealer to ensure delivery of ideal stock requirements
• overseeing all aspects of each purchase from beginning to end (logistics, document movements, etc.)
• distributing purchased cars between dealers
• developing trade contacts to ensure cars are bought at the most competitive rates
• carrying out a daily review of any potential use car wholesale opportunities
• being up to date with all online used car auctions
• maintaining relations with used car traders across EU

WE WXPECT THAT YOU:

• have passion for working with cars and ensuring the right cars meets the right owner
• have good understanding and practical work experience in used cars business
• are good in both purchasing and selling used cars
• understand fully all sources for the purchase of used cars
• have ability to think business and oversee co-related processes
• are able to work in an international diverse environment
• have ability to plan, manage and follow through on multiple assignments and communicate at all levels of the organization in a timely, effective and professional manner
• have ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in Lithuanian and English. Knowledge of German and Russian languages would be a great advantage.
