Fleet Sales Manager – Latvia

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the efficient operation and continuous development of the fleet sales department across two Moller Auto dealer centres – Moller Auto Krasta and Moller Auto Lidosta

• Leading and inspiring a team of new car sales consultants

• Achieving and exceeding defined sales targets

• Maintaining a high standard of customer service and a strong customer-centric culture

• Regularly analysing market trends and contributing to the development of the fleet sales strategy

• Ensuring that sales processes comply with Volkswagen factory quality standards

• Strengthening customer loyalty to Moller Auto and the Volkswagen brand in Latvia

• Maintaining and expanding strong, trust-based relationships with existing and new partners to support long-term business growth

• Regularly visiting key customers to understand their needs, strengthen cooperation, and identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or within the automotive industry

• Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and consistently deliver results

• Excellent communication skills in Latvian and English

• A strategic mindset with a strong results-oriented approach

• Good understanding of sales processes and the financial aspects of business

Monthly salary:
EUR 3,300 – 4,300 gross, depending on the candidate’s experience, education, and professional competencies.
