• Developing and carrying out talent acquisition strategies for assigned projects
• Managing the entire recruitment process
• Collaborating with pan Baltic People and Culture team in setting a standard for talent assessments, benchmarks, and interviews
• Maintaining good relations with past and potential candidates
• Administrating all paperwork regarding the hiring of a new employee
• Onboarding new employees and ensuring they are warmly welcomed in Moller Auto
• Maintaining up to date information on career site and recruitment system
• Engaging in different People and Culture related projects and initiatives
• Assisting Human resources manager with various HR related topics

What do we expect from you?

• Proven experience within talent acquisition
• Understanding of recruitment process, techniques & tools
• Interviewing skills and experience
• Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding activities
• Good understanding of onboarding process
• Good communication skills, both interpersonal and written
• Fluency in Estonian and English
• Strong decision making skills
